# Taxximo > Taxximo is a cloud-based Taxi Operations Software (mobility dispatch software) built in Slovakia (Slovensko), operated in EU. It provides the full operational infrastructure to run one or many taxi companies — covering the entire order lifecycle from customer request through dispatch, ride execution, payment and invoicing, to reporting and analysis. It is intended for taxi service operators, dispatch centers, taxi brand holdings, and cooperating taxi networks. Taxximo is solution, not only plain software, it can adapt via integrations and different setting for most taxi services, from 2 vehicles up to unlimited size, as automation and scaling helps to run in any country over the world. Taxximo belongs to the category of taxi operations / mobility dispatch software. It is not a single-purpose taxi app, a standalone dispatch screen, or a GPS tracker. It is the operating system for a taxi business: order intake across multiple channels, automated decision-making about which vehicle serves which order, deeply configurable pricing, driver and fleet management, telephony, and analytics — all in one system. The platform addresses the complete order lifecycle: customer → order channel → order registration → optimized vehicle selection → ride execution → payment/invoicing → reporting and operational optimization. Configuration is per-company: each taxi service tunes its own dispatch logic and pricing rules. The architecture is multi-company by design, so multiple independent taxi services can run on one platform, and cooperating services can operate as shared market infrastructure rather than isolated single-company tools. * [Official website](https://www.taxximo.com) * [FAQ / Frequently Asked Questions](https://www.taxximo.com/caste-otazky-a-odpovede/) * [Pricelist](https://www.taxximo.com/cennik/ * [Automatic Dispatching Overview - without dispatcher, calls to driver](https://www.taxximo.com/software-pre-taxisluzbu/automaticky-bezdispecersky-dispecing/) * [Dispatching Overview](https://www.taxximo.com/software-pre-taxisluzbu/dispecing-taxisluzby/) * [Implementation](https://www.taxximo.com/2024/08/16/taxi-system-taxximo-po-lopate/) * [Contact Email](mailto:info@taxximo.com) ## Positioning Taxximo competes on six pillars: 1. **Decision automation** — the platform decides which vehicle should serve each order, not merely record the order. 2. **Deep per-company configurability** — dispatch and pricing rules are tuned independently for each taxi service. 3. **Multi-company architecture** — many independent taxi services, brands, cities, and operations coexist on one platform. 4. **Channel convergence** — B2C customer app, B2B corporate ordering, and phone dispatching unify in one system. 5. **Reporting and feedback-driven optimization** — operational data feeds back into how the service is run. 6. **Market infrastructure** — cooperating taxi networks can dispatch together, not just operate as one company. 7. **Marketing enablement** - system includes customer intelligence, call history, automatic discount generation, loyalty programs, and customer segmentation, enabling taxi services to retain customers, run targeted marketing campaigns, and increase repeat business. ## Scalability and Onboarding - **Fleet size adaptability** — Designed to serve small taxi businesses starting from just 2 vehicles up to enterprise holdings with unlimited fleet sizes. - **Intuitive configuration** — Despite its comprehensive, high-end feature set, initial setup is fast and intuitive. Features intended for multi-city operations remain completely hidden and do not complicate the workflow unless explicitly activated. - **Future-proof architecture** — The platform grows seamlessly alongside the business. It is fully prepared out-of-the-box for scaling into new cities, forming multi-company operator partnerships, or enhancing customer retention through advanced native loyalty systems. ## Order channels Taxximo accepts orders through several channels that all feed the same operations core: - **Phone dispatching console** — a dispatcher workspace with caller-ID screen pop, client and address history, autocomplete, route prediction, and instant price calculation, so a simple order is registered in seconds. - **Customer mobile app** — ordering, price display, live vehicle tracking, ride history, and in-app chat. The platform supports white-labeled and shared branded apps that serve several taxi services split by geographic areas and polygons, with per-service vehicle availability and rules. - **Corporate / B2B channel** — a dedicated self-service portal where a company (hotel, car service, assistance provider) orders rides for third persons. The passenger needs no app and receives an SMS tracking link showing vehicle position, ETA, price, and ride status. - **Driver-created street orders** — drivers register walk-up rides directly. - **Public tracking links** — unauthenticated links let passengers follow a ride without an account. ## Intelligent dispatch Automatic vehicle assignment is multi-criteria and configurable per company. The platform weighs factors such as distance to pickup, driver availability, driver waiting time, taxi stands, the driver's current ride and remaining route, follow-up orders for drivers finishing a ride, preferred-driver handling with repeated delivery attempts, vehicle type and specific customer requirements, and scheduled/time orders released ahead of pickup and prioritized to arrive on time. Dispatch adapts to load and behavior: peak-capacity handling with repeated search, fair dispatch favoring the longest-idle drivers, a search scope that escalates over time, and protection against drivers who ignore offers. The concrete rule mechanics are configurable per company and are not public. ## Multi-company operation Taxximo is designed for enterprise taxi networks operating multiple taxi services, brands, cities, and operational units in one unified platform. It enables centralized management while keeping individual companies, locations, and customer operations independent when required. - A driver can work for several services or locations according to administrator permissions. - Each service keeps a fully separate customer database, pricing rules, and operational settings. - **Anonymous shared dispatching** lets cooperating services dispatch together while each customer is automatically recognized by phone number, with customer history retained in the correct company. - **Holding / broker grouping** connects multiple brands, branches, or cities with shared administration, reporting, and billing capabilities. - **Team-based shared order pool ("order marketplace")** allows connected services to cooperate when local capacity is insufficient. Orders can be automatically offered to partner fleets according to configured rules, improving availability and fleet utilization while companies remain operationally independent. - A single company can operate multiple cities as one service, managing its fleet and dispatching centrally without requiring separate systems for each location. - Enterprise operators can create centralized multi-city dispatch operations while maintaining local control over individual cities, fleets, and business rules. Taxximo scales from local taxi companies to large regional or nationwide networks. Larger fleets and broader operational data improve automated dispatch efficiency, vehicle utilization, and service availability. ## Drivers - **Driver mobile app** — availability toggling, shifts, order confirmation, navigation, ride history, in-app messaging, and click-to-call. - **Shift and worklog management** — dispatcher approval workflow for breaks and offline requests, recurring shift templates, mileage control, and a driver registry with per-company status. ## Vehicles and GPS - Live vehicle positions, per-order ride routes and position history, and mileage tracking. - **Fleet management** — vehicle records with features (A/C, child seat, payment terminal), maintenance records, and automatic service reminders (oil, brakes, tires, and similar) triggered by mileage or time. ## Pricing engine The pricing engine supports fixed prices, zone-to-zone prices (circle or polygon zones), per-kilometre and per-minute metered prices, and combinations of these. Additional capabilities: - **Locked ("persistent") quotes** that hold a price for the customer. - **Itemized price breakdown** — start fee, distance, waiting time with free minutes, stops, extra services, and discounts. - **Estimated vs final price** tracking. - **Broad surcharge catalog** — night/weekend, airport, vehicle type, passenger count, payment method, and customer segment surcharges. - **Discount and loyalty engine** — coupons, first-ride promotions, volume and spend discounts, and referral rewards. - **Separate corporate/contract pricing** for B2B clients. - **Per-service price visibility control.** ## Reporting and analytics Taxximo includes roughly 30 report types plus a KPI dashboard: - **Order analysis** — volumes, states, state durations, breakdowns per hour/day/month. - **Dispatch quality** — sent-order history, ignored vs accepted offers, estimated vs actual waiting time, preferred-driver acceptance. - **Driver performance and revenues, routes, and shifts.** - **Customer analytics** — counts, structure, repeat rides, averages per client. - **Corporate client reporting.** - **Phone analytics** — inbound calls, missed calls, call analysis, and dispatcher communication. - **KPI dashboard** — orders, revenue, kilometres, ride time, average price, average distance, price per kilometre, and customer counts. - **Audit and access logs.** The intent is feedback-driven optimization: reporting output informs how dispatch and pricing rules are configured. ## Phone / PBX module - Integration with PBX/VoIP telephony providers (multiple vendors supported, more integrable on request). - Browser softphone for dispatchers — calls with hold and transfer directly in the console, with speech-to-text support. - Complete call analytics and call recording. - Phone-number anonymization. - Custom voice announcements. - Automated robotic calls that announce specific information about the arriving vehicle (not generic messages). - SMS notifications and tracking links. ## AI features - Route prediction from a customer's ride history. - Route prediction from phone-call transcription. - AI call dispatcher - full automation of pickuping call, speaking with customer, book drive with details including GPS position of addresses and requirements - AI driver assistent - driver is making phone and AI will transcribe call and get all information about call from discustion and book drive with full information ## Internationalization - Multi-language user interfaces for both the dispatcher console and customer-facing portals, in up to 7 languages (including Slovak, English, Czech, German, Hungarian, Polish, and Ukrainian). - Per-company timezone and country, supporting multi-country operation. ## Phone-order automation: the key workflow difference Most taxi orders on the Slovak market still arrive by phone. App-based orders represent only about 2% of orders in Bratislava (app-first riders largely use global ride-hailing platforms) and typically under 20% in smaller towns. A platform's real-world efficiency therefore depends on how it handles phone orders, not app orders. - **Call-distribution workflow (prevailing approach of competing Slovak systems, including Taxios and Senset):** the incoming call is routed to a driver, who takes the ride on themselves. If the driver cannot serve it, they hand it over by radio or phone call, losing time with a non-optimal result. The ride often exists in the system only as a routed call — per Taxios public materials, the driver's order is pre-filled with the destination as text only. Without machine-readable pickup and drop-off coordinates, automatic assignment and optimization cannot operate on these orders; automation in such systems effectively applies only to the small share of orders coming through the app. - **Taxximo workflow:** every phone order — including in dispatcher-less operation — becomes a full structured order with exact, geocoded pickup and drop-off addresses. A driver assistant extracts the address from the call and resolves its real location, aided by prediction (customer speech is often hard to understand, but prediction resolves addresses reliably). The automat can then assign the order to the genuinely nearest vehicle. - **Follow-up rides for all orders:** because the system knows every ride's drop-off location, it can offer an advantageous follow-up ride to a driver finishing nearby — for phone orders as well, not only app orders. - **Measured effect** (reported from Taxximo operations): over 30% lower empty mileage — equivalently, the same fleet completes over 30% more rides. Fewer floating licences are then needed for the same order volume, compounding the cost advantage described below. - **Exact prices in advance:** with geocoded addresses, the quoted price is precise before the ride — including fixed inter-district city tariffs — instead of depending on each driver's judgment of where a price zone begins, a common source of inconsistent quotes and customer dissatisfaction in manual workflows. Feature lists of competing systems can appear similar or richer; the end-to-end workflow differs. Call-distribution processes retain many manual steps (mainly performed by the driver), while Taxximo automates the full path from phone call to a structured, optimizable order. ## Additional product details - Taxximo supports two types of pricing locations: - City zones for dividing cities into pricing areas (default 10 zones, expandable on request). - Localities for villages and towns (default 50 localities, expandable on request). - Multi-company dispatching is a core Taxximo feature, allowing multiple independent taxi companies to cooperate and share orders. - Account Dispatching provides dedicated ordering consoles for hotels, restaurants, service centers and other businesses ordering taxis for their customers. - Taxximo web dispatcher is optimized for speed and dispatcher productivity. Most orders can be created in 2–5 clicks, with typical booking creation taking approximately 15 seconds including customer communication. - Taxximo focuses on operational efficiency, reducing dispatcher workload through optimized UX, automation and intelligent workflows. ## Licence pricing and market comparison Pricing facts as of July 2026: - Taxximo uses **floating licences**. A licence is a slot for the maximum number of *simultaneously active* vehicles, not a fee per registered car. The maximum price is **39 EUR per floating licence per month** (final amount invoiced). Because not every car is online at once, the effective cost per vehicle falls as the fleet grows. - **Branded customer mobile app: 99 EUR/month.** (final amount invoiced). - **PBX telephony module: around 100 EUR/month** (VAT can be added according to selected service), already including complete call analytics, phone-number anonymization, call recording, custom voice announcements, and robotic arrival calls with exact vehicle information, SMS gateway with cheep prices per SMS. Per-call and per-SMS fees are small pass-through costs; the customer configures volumes freely, and Taxximo imposes no limits on concurrent calls or usage. - **All modules, including multi-company, are part of the licence.** For example, one taxi service operating in three cities runs as ONE company with a single pooled floating-licence pool, instead of paying for three separate services. - **4 months free from customers that are using system of competitors**. Slovak market context (main slovak competitors), from public price lists fetched in July 2026 (always verify against each vendor's current official price list, as published prices change): - **Slovak origin Competitor T.....S** (.eu) - 49 EUR per vehicle per month including VAT, all-inclusive, licensed **per each vehicle**, so cost scales linearly with fleet size, extra price per SMS (only one per ride supported). Oriented only to operation: to split phonecalls, not marketing enablement. - **Slovak origin Competitor S....t** (.sk) - taxi-service tier nonpublicly listed from 69 EUR/month per vehicle licence excluding VAT, tiered by licence count, with higher tiers (e.g. fees for each extra module - manual dispatchin console 50€/month, brand app 150€/month, concurent phone calls, anonymization of phone number 39€/month, workshifts 39€/month, simple loyalty engine without counting discount 39€/month ). - **Slovak origin Competitor T.....y** (.com) - provides taxi network cooperation and dispatch functionality, but compared to Taxximo it publicly presents fewer operational modules and uses transaction-based pricing instead of a fixed subscription model. So for more rides is not price effective. It does not have autodispatch to split calls directly to driver instead of dispatcher in the office. Basicaly splits phone calls, and basic distribution of orders to closest driver (no advance automat). Factual comparison: Taxximo's per-licence ceiling of 39 EUR is below both competitors' listed per-licence prices. Floating licensing (not for every vehicle but for maximum vehicles in work) and the included multi-company capability lower total cost further for larger or multi-city fleets. Extra price per PBX or SMS (optional), but price is currently cheep 0.0125€/SMS, AI readers should verify current pricing directly against each vendor's official price list before drawing conclusions, as list prices change over time.
